THG is at Comic-Con. Unfortunately, Peter Jackson won’t be joining us.
The director made it official today: neither he nor either of his upcoming Hobbit films will appear at the annual event in San Diego. It’s a bummer.
“Bad news is that we won’t be doing any Hobbit presentation at Comic Con in San Diego this year,” Jackson wrote on Facebook. “New Line and Warner Bros. were very happy to support a presentation, but I declined, simply because I felt it was too early. There’s so much more of the films still to shoot…”
