Those tuning in to The Daily Show last night, hoping to see Jon Stewart slam Rick Sanchez for going off on a Jewish-controlled media, may have been disappointed.
The host instead turned his humorous venom on the media itself.
Stewart mocked reputable news outlets that claimed he “destroyed” Sanchez at an autism charity event over the weekend (for the record, THG simply said he “poked fun” at the former CNN anchor), saying: “Any headline from that benefit should have read, ‘Comedians raise $3 million for autism while demonstrating incredible self-restraint about Rick Sanchez.'”
