After her breakup with con-man boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, Anne Hathaway is determined to move on with a fresh perspective and a positive attitude.

Raffaello Follieri can only be described as bad stuff.
The real estate developer and businessman was arrested in June on fraud and money laundering charges. He plead guilty to the charges last week and will do at least five years of hard time as punishment for his various schemes.
