Are you ready to say Hello to another new Adele single?

The beloved, amazing, talented, wildly successful artist has come out with the second song off her new album, introducing fans to “When We Were Young” via a performance at the iconic Church Studios in London.

Decked out in her signature all-black ensemble, Adele brings the house down here with her stirring rendition of this emotional ballad, hitting high notes like scarcely anyone else in the business can do.

In an article she wrote for The Guardian, Adele gushed over Tobias Jesso Jr., who co-wrote the track along with the artist herself.

"I absolutely loved him; his vibe, his humor, the way he plays piano — so felt, " Adele says. "The music he makes is so romantic … I’m definitely going to work with him again."

As for the impetus behind "When We Were Young?" Explained Adele in an interview with Sirius XM this week:

"It was kind of based on us being older and being at a party… at this house seeing everyone that you’ve ever fallen out with, everyone that you’ve ever loved, everyone that you’ve never loved.

"You can’t find the time to be in each other lives and you’re all thrown together at this party when you’re like 50, and it doesn’t matter and you have so much fun and you feel like you’re 15 again. So, that’s the kind of vibe of it, really."

It’s tremendous, that’s all we can say about it.

Adele will be the musical guest on Saturday Night Live on November 21 and you better believe we’ll be tuning in to hear her latest live performances.
