It's a boy for Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves!

The gorgeous couple welcomed its third child into the world on Friday, and McConaughey has now released a statement confirming its existence.

"Camila Alves gave birth to our third child yesterday morning," the shirt-adverse actor wrote on Facebook yesterday. "Our son, Livingston Alves McConaughey, was born at 7:43 a.m on Dec. 28, 2012. He greeted the world at 9 lbs. and 21 inches. Bless up and thank you for your well wishes."

Livingston joins older siblings Levi, 4, and Vida, 3 in one of Hollywood's best-looking families. We once again send along our best wishes to McConaughey and Alves.

He isn't gracing the covers of any tabloids and screaming about how HE DID IT, but Matthew McConaughey has lost some serious weight.

Some seriously scary amounts of weight, really.

The 42-year old is wasting himself away for the role of Ron Woodruff - a real-life HIV patient in the 1980s who smuggled in medications from Mexico - in The Dallas Buyers Club. It stars filming this week.

McConaughey has lost over 30 pounds from his typical frame, thanks to vigorous exercise and a diet that likely cuts out many carbs and fatty acids.

We'd imagine he knows an easy salmon recipe or two that helps keep him trim.

What a shocking image, huh?

It looks like Matthew McConaughey has put his Magic Mike stripper training to very good use.

Less than one month after marrying Camila Alves, the actor announced yesterday that the couple is expecting its another child in the near future.

In classic McConaughey prose/style, the star Tweeted: “Happy birthday America, more good news, Camila and I are expecting our 3rd child. God bless, just keep livin.”

Matthew and Camila are already parents to Vida, two-and-a-half, and Levi, who turns four this week. They met in 2006 and got engaged on Christmas Day 2011.

It took many years and a couple kids, but Matthew McConaughey is now a married man. He got hitched to Camila Alves on June 9.

"At Christmas time, we go around our family and everyone takes turns opening presents. So I had wrapped the engagement ring in about eight different boxes deep, so she would keep opening boxes to get with it," McConaughey said Tuesday The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.

"We finally got to her, and I'm calling my family over. She gets to it, she opens it up, her eyes go wide. I take a knee and I ask her, 'Will you marry me and take my name?'"

After six years together and two children, Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves have tied the knot, exchanging vows in his home state of Texas.

The couple wed Saturday in a private ceremony, with Alves taking the groom's last name to officially become Camila McConaughey, his rep says.

Engaged on Christmas, they married before close friends and family, including their two kids, Levi, who turns 4 next month, and daughter Vida, 2.

McConaughey, 42, and Alves, 29, a Brazilian model and designer who the actor has told friends "the love of my life," kept quiet about the wedding.

Even some guests didn't know about it until the last minute, despite the reports hit the web that the two would be getting married this weekend.

After the ceremony, the guests didn't have to worry about going far, as the Magic Mike star got married and held the reception at his house.

The coolest part? Guests camped out in dozens of luxury tents erected on Matthew's property, each with its own patio and air-conditioning unit.

But Camila Alves will get the full, real thing up close and personal this weekend, most likely tomorrow night, sources confirm. That's because she and the actor will finally tie the knot!

The couple has been dating since 2006 and has a son (Levi) and daughter (Vida), but McConaughey didn't propose until this past December and no wedding date has been announced.

However, reliable insiders tell E! News that McConaughey and Alves have planned an intimate ceremony for the latter's home state of Texas at some point in the next couple days.

Only select friends and family members have been invited and workers have signed nondisclosure agreements.
