Christina Milian to Judge: Throw Out The-Divorce Papers From The-Dream
The-Dream has a problem.
Christina Milian wants a judge a throw out her husband's divorce papers, claiming he not only lied about the status of their relationship, but cheated on her.
Milian is livid over The-Dream's claim that they were legally separated when he filed for divorce in February and he was simply too embarrassed to admit it.
That took place days before Milian gave birth to their daughter.
In her legal response, filed last week in Georgia, she claims the marriage wasn't over then, and they had "marital relations on numerous occasions" after.
THE-DIVORCE: It's getting ugly for Milian and Dream.
In addition to disputing the February separation, Christina has other issues.
Milian also claims that if the court does grant the divorce, it shouldn't be based on The-Dream's claim that the 10-month marriage is "irretrievably broken."
Instead, it should be because the The-Dream was cheating on her.
Even worse, Milian says she signed a settlement agreement with The-Dream in which both waved alimony or ownership rights to the other's property.
The problem? Milian only signed when The-Dream brought them to her bedside when she was none-months pregnant and not in the proper mindset.
The-Dream Speaks on The-Breakup with Christina Milian, Misleading Fans, Trying to Kill Himself
The-Dream and Christina Milian ended The-Marriage earlier this week ... officially. In truth, it was over a long time ago (even though it began in September).
In an open letter on his website, he finally acknowledges as much, claiming he tried to commit suicide when he realized his marriage with the singer was over.
"I’ve cried about this for months, after interviews, after prayer and I’ve tried to take my own life at a point because of the failure that was looming," he wrote.
Nowhere does he mention creepin' on random hoes.
Did The-Dream really try to commit suicide?
Not sure if he's serious about the whole suicide thing, but that's pretty scary if so. Get help, Dream. Hope is not lost. This doesn't have to be The-End.
In his letter, The-Dream also apologizes to fans for "misleading everyone" into believing his marriage was fine for the past few months ... when in reality he was, "simply scared and embarrassed to let everyone know we were failing."
But, he writes: "This too shall pass! And everything will be fine!"
We hope so, for both of their sakes, and their daughter's.
Christina Milian, The-Dream End The-Marriage
Christina Milian and The-Dream have decided to separate.
Dream, a.k.a. Terius Nash, confirmed the split via his rep, who confirms he "is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful."
"The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward," the rep said in a statement.
Late 2009? They got married in late 2009! Way to give it your best guys!
THE-END: One baby and not even one year later, it's over.
The split confirmation comes after racy photos surfaced of The-Dream creepin' on random hoes, one of whom is his assistant of about a year, Melissa Santiago.
The producer and singer proposed to Christina Milian in July 2009. They eloped in September in Las Vegas, and said "I Do" a second time in Rome in December.
Milian gave birth to daughter Violet in February, and all seemed well at the time. The-Dream has three children from a previous marriage to singer Nivea.
Sad that it didn't work out. Here's wishing the couple the best in this difficult time.
Christina Milian Beware: The-Dream Creepin' on Random Hoes
Is there trouble in paradise between Christina Milian and The-Dream?
According to MediaTakeOut, there most certainly is, backing up rumors we've heard about problems the R&B singer and actress have been having for months.
Dream's recent encounter with another woman, who he reportedly picked up at an Atlanta club and drove to hot spots around the city, is never a good sign.
Doesn't look like she was just a fan posing for photos, either, as they were seen in the same car on different occasions before "disappearing" together later.
Christina Milian and The-Dream tied the knot last year and welcomed their first child, a baby girl, just a few months ago. Is it all coming apart so soon?

It's a Girl for Christina Milian, The-Dream!
Christina Milian and The-Dream are new parents.
The singer/actress gave birth to daughter Violet on February 26, a sourced confirmed to People, adding that the child has "a full head of hair."
This is the first child for Milian. It's the fourth for the singer/songwriter and record producer. He has three children with his ex-wife, singer Nivea.
The couple got married in September.
Christina Milian: Pregnant with A-Kid!
Christina Milian just got married to The-Dream.
Now we know why - they're having A-Kid!
Okay, so they were probably in love and want to spend eternity together and all that good stuff. But the singer-actress has just confirmed she is expecting!
"The pregnancy was a surprise, but they were getting married regardless," a source says of Milian and The-Dream, both 27, who got married last Friday.
Milian has already been talking about children.
"Of course, I would love to have kids," she said earlier this summer at the premiere of her film Bring It On: Fight to the Finish in New York.
"I think that's part of the reason I do movies like this."
The couple, who always seem super happy together, got engaged back in July. No word on whether they plan on naming the little guy The-Dream-Junior.
Regardless, The-Dream (real name: Terius Hagert Youngdell Nash) - who proposed with a six-carat ring from Ivanka Trump's line - has been talking family too.
"I love kids, and [Christina] loves kids probably more than I do," he said. "She'll make that time. In the next couple of years, there'll be something around."
Christina Milian and The-Dream Tie-the-Knot!
It's official. Christina Milian is living The-Dream.
Or at least married to it. Or him. You get the point.
The singer-actress officially tied the knot with music producer The-Dream in Vegas at a place famous for its "Drive-Thru Tunnel of Vows." Romantic.
It went down close to midnight at the legendary Little White Wedding Chapel, the same spot Britney Spears married Jason Alexander back in 2004.
According to Milian's marriage license, they said "I Do" at exactly 12:00 a.m. Friday. She wore a rented dress for $200, including shoes and veil.
Talk about a steal.
Christina Milian has married The-Dream. We think that's him.
It's not a big surprise they got hitched, since they applied for a marriage license last month, and those bad boys are usually only good for 90 days.
News of their engagement broke July 20. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. The-Dream! Here's hoping she hyphenates her last name two.
Christina Milian Engaged to The-Dream!
After dismissing engagement rumors for some time, R&B singer and actress Christina Milian has finally confirmed that she will walk down the aisle with hyphenated music producer boyfriend The-Dream.
"We don't have plans yet - but it hasn't [already] happened, that I can confirm," Milian said of upcoming nuptials. "We just want to have our closest friends and family there; it's not going to be too big."
The-Dream, who presented Christina Milian with a six-carat sparkler from the jewelry line of Ivanka Trump, says the two are already thinking kids.
"I love kids, and [Christina] loves kids probably more than I do," he says, but reasons that the pair is focused on work, at least for the time being.
"I think when you're a female in this business, it's kinda hard to do the things you want to do," The-Dream says. "You have to work - then whenever she makes time for herself - she'll make that time [to have a baby]."
It will be the first marriage for Milian, who previously dated rapper and America's Got Talent host Nick Cannon.
The-Dream's marriage to singer Nivea ended in late 2007.
Congratulations to the happy, engaged couple!
Lauren Conrad, Christina Milian Make a Fashionable Pair
When a couple of our favorite cuties get together, it's always cause for celebration. Here, Christina Milian and Lauren Conrad set their sights on making a bold fashion statement at the Oakley Women's Eyewear launch party at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood.
It's good to see Lauren Conrad, the star of MTV's The Hills, out and about, happy and doing her thing - not getting sucked into a dangerous life of crime that has already claimed two of her former Laguna Beach cast members.
Earlier this month, Conrad's ex, Jason Wahler, was arrested for the 718th time in an underage drinking sting, then was sentenced to 60 days in jail for an unrelated assault charge.
This week, Jessica Smith - the less-attractive girl Wahler cheated on LC with - was busted for DUI and held in an Orange County jail for three days.
Kristen Bell Scared by New Movie, Enamored by Christina Milian
Forget being scary. The new movie, Pulse, promises to be beautiful. After all, Veronica Mars star, Kristen Bell, says she's the ugliest person in the film!
The actress, who ain't too shabby on the eyes herself, says she was initially intimidated by the model looks of co-stars Ian Somerhalder (formerly of Lost) and Christina Milian.
"Christina Milian is one of the most beautiful people I've seen up close ... I actually was angry when the producers first hired Ian. I was like no no no no. Throughout history, the girl has been the pretty one in the movie ... They were like, we'll ugly him down, we'll ugly him down. It didn't work."
Aside from smoking co-stars, Bell's latest film, which centers on the dead using the Internet as a means to take life from the living (naturally), heads into scary territory, something Bell was nervous about.
"I've never done a horror movie before and I'm always very, very wary of scary things ... Literally, if you were to jump out from behind a corner I would instantly be in tears ... I saw the preview for Leprechaun and I still have dreams about that guy."
We dream about that movie, too, Kirsten. But that may be more due to Jennifer Aniston that any frightening little green people.
Pulse makes its way into theaters August 11. And if Bell wants to truly be scared, she just has to glance at the Nick Nolte mug shot.
