As well they should have.
Some have apologized. Others have tried to explain the context. But all are featured below and we’ll let you go ahead and determine the level of their racist actions…
Hulk Hogan Admits: Yeah, I’m a Tad Racist! Hulk Hogan dropped the word numerous times in transcripts from a sex tape he made many years ago (seriously!). He used it to describe the man his daughter was banging and even admitted to being a “little racist.”
Barack Obama Drops N Word in Marc Maron Podcast President Obama was trying to make a point about race relations on a podcast. Still, it’s not a common occurrence for the Commander-in-Chief to throw this word around in public.

Honey Boo Boo’s Sister Pumpkin Uses N-Word On Facebook! Pumpkin dropped the word when giving a shout-out to her friend in recognition of Man Crush Monday in April of 2015. She came under fire as a result.
Gwyneth Paltrow Tweets It at Jay-Z (Getty) Gwyneth Paltrow and Jay-Z are friends. Did that make it okay for her to Tweet the word in reference to her appearing on stage with the rapper?
Lindsay Lohan Drops N-Word on Instagram, Quickly Deletes It Yeah. Lindsay Lohan’s bad. The word wasn’t on her Instagram account for very long, but nothing is ever fully deleted from the Internet. She wrote ““#kanye&kimAlldayn*gga” about seeing Kanye West perform in concert.

A 2012 lawsuit by a former employee revealed rampant use of the word by Paula Deen in referece to African-American servers and waiters. So not cool.
