How long will it be until Anne Hathaway nude photos surface on the Internet?

Apparently not too long, according to various celebrity news sources. Gulp.

“We'll give it another two weeks or so,” one tells Fox News via Gawker.com.

Why? Hathaway has been the subject of non-stop celebrity gossip following her recent breakup with scam artist Raffaelo Follieri.

The skeezy businessman was arrested in June for fraud and conspiracy.

Breaking up with her longtime beau was tough on her, but it far worse problems could be around the corner if Anne Hathaway nude pictures are leaked.

These photos are very sexy - but apparently nothing compared to the naked Anne Hathaway pictures Raffaello Follieri had stashed away in a storage facility.

According to the National Enquirer, Raffaello Follieri had reportedly taken several nude photos of Anne Hathaway, including a "prized" and “sizzling” photo of her naked excpet for black fishnet stockings, a garter belt and bustier.

He is believed to have paid a famous photographer to take it.

Here's the kicker: When the FBI raided Raffaello Follieri's possessions in July, Anne Hathaway’s brother tried to recover the pics from a storage unit, only to find out that the FBI had beaten him to it the day before.

The Feds also took Hathaway's diaries in a separate raid.

The photographer of the nude pictures is believed to have copies and it is not known whether any of Follieri’s friends do as well. Story developing ...

Who knew this princess' personal diaries would one day be confiscated by the FBI in its investigation of Raffaello Follieri?

Federal agents took them during their second raid on the jackass' Trump Tower pad, the New York Daily News is reporting.

Seeking to bolster their case against Raffaello Follieri, who has been charged with 11 counts of fraud and money laundering, agents took photos of him with Bill and Hillary Clinton, Pope John Paul II, and John and Cindy McCain.

Also confiscated were documents, watches, a Tiffany clock, an antique Bible and personal photos of Raffaello Follieri and Anne Hathaway.

Hathaway, who has been charged with no crime, has cut off all contact with Follieri, who recently turned 30 in the slammer.

“She’s changed her numbers so he can’t reach her,” says a friend. “Raffaello has been trying to call her all the time.”

Of all the victims that handsome Italian-American businessman Raffaello Follieri allegedly duped, actress Anne Hathaway fell the hardest.

The stunningly beautiful and talented Hathaway, 25, thought she had found her prince charming in the 30-year-old real estate magnate.

What she found instead was a slimy white-collar criminal.

Even as some friends say they warned Anne about Raffaello Follieri, she stuck by him for months as allegations of his wrongdoing swirled.

In April, he bounced a check ... for $215,000. In May, Follieri's charity - on which Anne once served on the board - came under investigation by the New York State attorney general's office for tax irregularities.

That was the last straw for Anne Hathaway, and not a moment too soon.

Just last week, Follieri was arrested on charges of fraud and conspiracy, as well as money laundering. On June 24, he was branded a "con man" in court by the FBI and prosecutors, accused him of bilking investors of millions.

Following his hospitalization (accounts of why that happened vary and range from an anxiety attack to a sinus infection to being a spineless b!tch) Raffaello Follieri dined alone as he turned 30 in a dreary New York cell. Life's tough.

The New York real estate developer â€" accused of bilking investors out of $6 million and being held on $21 million bail on charges of conspiracy, fraud and more â€" had planned to jet to his native Italy for a lavish birthday bash.

But instead of caviar and Dom Perignon on the island of Capri, he settled for jail house slop at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan.

Following his arrest for fraud and conspiracy and subsequent court hearing, Anne Hathaway's ex-boyfriend was hospitalized for a severe sinus infection.

"He had an episode in the courtroom which lead to him being transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation," rep Melanie A. Bonvicino said.

Raffaello Follieri used to get blow jobs from Anne Hathaway; now he gets $21 million bail set for him by a New York judge.

People reports that the Italian liar/businessman is in stable condition and undergoing treatment.

"I do not have the specifics on what type of treatment at this time but [it's] for a severe sinus infection," said Bonvicino.

Anne Hathaway's ex, Raffaello Follieri, appeared in federal court Tuesday after his arrest on a dozen counts of money laundering, conspiracy and fraud.

Looking a little shabby in jeans, a blue sweater, a white collared shirt and disheveled hair, the hot shot real estate developer was placed under home detention until he can post bail, which is set at $21 million.

The 29-year-old appeared angry as prosecutors argued he had allegedly spent hundreds of thousands he bilked from investors to live a lavish lifestyle.

He constantly shook his head no, chuckled and made faces.

Raffaello Follieri isn't wearing any Italian suits (or smiles) now.

At one point, Follieri even spoke out, saying, "We paid that," when the prosecutor said he owed American Express more than $500,000.

The prosecution argued Raffaello Follieri is a con man and flight risk who would likely flee the country and had the means to do so. The prosecutor recommended that Follieri, who is not a U.S. citizen, should be deported ASAP.

The Italian-American real estate hotshot is due in Manhattan Federal court Tuesday, accused by the FBI of lying to one of his investors and claiming that he had been appointed the Chief Financial Officer of the Vatican!

In the U.S. Government's case against Raffaello Follieri, Anne Hathaway is mentioned - though not by name, but only as his "girlfriend."

Cops say because peeps believed his bogus Vatican connection, he was able to buy real estate owned by the Catholic church in the U.S. at a way cheaper rate than a normal developer could obtain.

Yeah. This guy's loose morals make Diana Bianchi look like a saint.

Anne Hathaway, who dumped him because of his bad reputation and the risk of her own image being tarnished by association, made the right call - she is allegedly the beneficiary of some of ill-gotten profits earned by Raffaello Follieri.

The disreputable dirtball is also under investigation by the N.Y. State Attorney General's Office for failing to file tax-disclosure forms for his charity.

He was arrested back in April for allegedly writing a $215,000 bad check, and was also sued over the matter, though he settled out of court.

Anne Hathaway isn't feeling like her usual, upbeat self.

This valid question from one of our site's senior writers is regarding the great Raffaello Follieri, the actress' possible white-collar-criminal beau.

New York State Attorney General Andrew Andrew Cuomo is investigating a children's charity operated by Follieri, the New York Post reports.

In recent weeks, Cuomo's investigators served subpoenas seeking financial documents from the Follieri Foundation - headed by Raffaello Follieri, 29, a real estate magnate and longtime boyfriend of Hathaway.

The AG's office refused to reveal why it was eyeing the charity, but the probe came after Cuomo's office was asked whether it was aware that the foundation might have failed to file requisite tax-disclosure forms.

A check of an online database that collects "990" IRS forms showed that the Follieri Foundation is required to file the form, yet has never done so.

Anne Hathaway served on the foundation's board until at least last year, when she traveled to Central America along with Raffaello Follieri - who has already been arrested in April for an unrelated shady business deal - for a charity program.

"She was on the board, but is no longer," Hathaway's spokesman said. "I don't remember exactly when she ceased to be a board member."

Asked if Anne Hathaway - who stars as Agent 99 in the new movie Get Smart, knew about the probe, the spokesman did not comment.
