As if Selena Gomez didn't have enough to worry about these days with Justin Bieber seemingly banging every model on two legs, now comes this:

Joan Rivers and the mean people of E! Fashion Police have called out the artist for the sheer ensemble she donned at this month's Ischia Film Festival in Italy.

“Selena has no boobs!” said Rivers. “She fills that bra out about as well as Lauryn Hill filled out her W-2."

Added someone named George Kotsiopoulos: "She looks like a hooker child bride!"

Whoa there! Harsh much, people?!?

While most 81-year-old celebrities are retiring from public life or riding out the final years of their careers while carefully avoiding controversies that might tarnish their legacy, Joan Rivers has been ruffling more feathers than ever lately, and whether you love or hate her, you've gotta admit it's been entertaining.

Joan's recent tirades are too numerous to list here, but highlights include Rivers accusing Miley Cyrus of incest, and suggesting that Kim Kardashian has slept with millions of men.

But while she's consistently raised the bar for shocking rants throughout her career, Rivers may have outdone herself at LAX today when she stopped making fun of celebrities and started getting serious about the bloody conflict between Israelis and Palestinians:

The video above features Joan providing her unabashed two cents on the topic, and if you've tweeted #FreePalestine recently, you may want skip the clip so as to avoid smashing your laptop in a fit of rage.

Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth appeared on Joan Rivers' Fashion Police recently in order to promote their new show, Mystery Girls.

But like the rest of the world, Joan doesn't care about Tori's acting career. She does, however, care about the Dean McDermott cheating scandal, so that's exactly what she asked about when she had Tori in the hot seat.

While she may have had to stay on the ball while faking her husband's affair, Tori isn't always great at thinking on her feet, so when Joan innocently asks about the only reason Tori is still famous, Spelling goes silent for a moment, then stammers something about her hair extensions.

Yes, it's one gloriously awkward second after another:

Shockingly, Joan lets her off the hook. Not what you'd expect from the same Joan Rivers who recently accused Miley Cyrus of incest. Yeah, compassion is generally not Joan's strong suit.

David Letterman made like Joan Rivers last night.

No, he didn't refer to Barack Obama as gay and Michelle Obama as transgender.

But The Late Show host did get up in the middle of an interview with Joan Rivers, just a couple of days after Rivers did the same thing about getting annoyed during a chat with CNN.

Letterman was merely kidding, however, while Rivers went along with it and even tossed a few questions at herself.

Pretty funny stuff. Watch now:

Letterman will soon cede his Late Show post to Stephen Colbert.

You may want to sit down for this: Joan Rivers made some offensive comments while promoting her new book.

The comedy legend, of course, has been shocking fans for weeks during one of the most bizarre press tours in recent memory.

Highlights (or lowlights, depending on whom you ask) include: Rivers accusing Miley Cyrus of incest, suggesting that Kim Kardashian has had sex with millions of men, and implying that Kristen Stewart slept her way to the top.

While it may not seem possible, Rivers actually topped herself earlier this week.

In addition to storming out of a CNN interview, Joan made some comments about President Obama and his wife that have many in the LGBT community demanding an apology:

Joan Rivers may spend her professional life critiquing others.

But the veteran comic did not like being on the receiving end of some negative comments from CNN anchor Fredricka Whitfield today.

In a contentious interview, Whifield referred to E!’s Fashion Police as “very mean,” a criticism Rivers shot down by saying she just tells “the truth” and adding:

"Do you really think that Nicki Minaj cares I didn't like her dress?"

Whitfield, however, went on to question subject matters in Rivers’ book (notably jokes about Casey Anthony’s baby and Princess Diana), prompting Rivers to grow agitated and to peace the heck out.

"You know what, I'm going. I'm really going because all you've done is negative," she said. "I've made people laugh for 50 years. I was put on Earth to make people laugh and my book is funny.

Watch the above video and react:

It does appear as if Whitfield is trying to stir things up, but Rivers has accused Miley Cyrus of incest, called North West ugly and said Kristen Stewart slept her way to the top.

Joan Rivers has a new book out and, as she's been doing for decades, the legendary comedian takes shots at pretty much everyone in Hollywood.

In the excerpts that have been leaked thus far, Rivers accuses Miley Cyrus of incest and claims that Kim Kardashian has slept with millions of men.

It's all in the name of humor, of course, but one of Joan's targets certainly isn't laughing.

After learning that Rivers joked that Kristen Stewart slept her way to the top, Stewart had her lawyers contact Rivers and threaten to sue.

As you can probably tell from the video above, Rivers is none too concerned:

In writing her new memoir, Diary of a Mad Diva, Joan Rivers' goal was apparently to offend every man, woman, and child in Hollywood.

The book hasn't even been released yet and Joan has already very nearly made that intention a reality.

In case you missed it, previously leaked excerpts reveal that Rivers claims Kim Kardashian had sex with millions of men and Kanye West can't read.

She also said that Kristen Stewart slept her way to the top and Pharrell Williams is an "a--hole."

Believe it or not, the legendary insult comic may have actually outdone herself with her comments about Miley Cyrus and Girls star/creator, Lena Dunham:

The Kim Kardashian-Joan Rivers feud dates back to January of 2014, when Rivers called Kim's daughter "ugly" during a stand-up routine.

Rivers continued taking shots at the Kardashian clan, even filming a (hilarious) sex tape parody with Ray J for her talk show. The last time Kim and Joan crossed paths - at an NBC event last month - Kardashian reportedly avoided Rivers like the plague.

Well, if she was mad before, some newly released excerpts from Joan's upcoming memoir are unlikely to make Kim feel any better:

  • Joan Rivers Photograph
  • Kim Kardashian with Breasts

Writing about the Obama inauguration, Rivers says (brace yourself), "If I want to see millions of smiling black people, I'll set up a camera in the hallway outside Kim Kardashian's bedroom."

Yeah, she definitely went there. Believe it or not, Rivers' comments about Kanye might actually be worse:

Joan Rivers is at it again. The legendary comic who has publicly bashed just about every celeb to cross her line of vision in the past 50 years (often in very funny fashion) has now set her sites on a couple of unlikely victims: Kristen Stewart and Pharrell Williams.

Joan's new memoir Diary of a Mad Diva was released today and some excerpts that have leaked online are likely to anger a wide range of celebs:

"Many stars only do one thing well," Rivers writes. "Of course the best one-trick pony is Kristen Stewart who got a whole career by being able to juggle directors' balls."

Rivers is of course referring to Stewart's affair with director Rupert Sanders, and as though her implication wasn't clear enough, she then adds that Kristen "slept her way to fame."

Harsh words. Of course, Joan's comments about Pharell aren't much kinder:
