Yesterday, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott celebrated their ninth anniversary in the usual fashion – by trying to convince fans that they’re actually happily married and not just staying together for their kids and careers.

Of course, for two people who claim to be actors, Tori and Dean are terrible at pretending so it didn’t take long for their “wedded bliss” facade to crumble.

The fact is, Tori and Dean are completely broke and desperate for any sort of income. (They’re reportedly blowing through more than half a million a year on totally necessary expenses like dog walkers.)

As of right now, True Tori has not been picked up for a third season on Lifetime, but remarkably, it’s not because the TMI was horrifically uncomfortable to watch.

Radar Online is reporting that the real problem is that Dean refuses to do more reality TV and Tori is pissed about what she sees as an attempt to sabotage her career.

“Lifetime is refusing to do the show unless Dean participates, as it won’t be worth it to only feature Tori,” says one insider.

“But Dean doesn’t want anything to do with the show because he got such grief from Tori’s fans and the public after the last one. Tori has tried everything to try and persuade Dean not to do it, including giving him editorial control, but he isn’t budging.”

We can’t say we blame Dean, as he was basically made out to be the villain on the first two seasons, but the man better have a plan B in mind if he’s planning to deny Tori her sole source of income.

We’d say he should start by firing the dog-walker, but then who would walk the dog?!
