Justin Bieber has gotten off easy. (No, that isn't a reference to Yovanna Ventura.)
According to TMZ and E! News sources, the singer will NOT be charged with a felony for allegedly hurling eggs at his neighbor’s house in January.
Instead, prosecutors have decided to merely pursue one misdemeanor charge against the artist for this supposed act.
In a video filmed by the neighbor (above), Bieber can almost definitely be heard taunting the man while seeming to toss these food items in the direction of his residence.
We cannot see Justin, nor the eggs in question, however. Which is likely a major reason why the L.A. County District Attorney settled on a misdemeanor charge.
There had been talk that Bieber could be hit with a felony and possibly face jail time ("if this isn't a felony, nothing is," a lawyer who investigated the attack said a few weeks ago) for this ridiculous action, but those above him apparently disagree.
The neighbor claimed Bieber left over $20,000 in damages, yet a search of Justin's property did not reveal any hard evidence against him.
Bieber will be arraigned today at 1:30 PM PDT today, but he will not be present inside the courtroom.
