For better or worse (and likely worse, if you're a Notebook fan), Ryan Gosling seems to have squashed any rumors of a split between himself and Eva Mendes.
The actor was spotted at her Hollywood Hills home, photographed smiling and holding onto his phone as he stood behind his girlfriend's driveway gate.
Upper body exposed and blonde locks swept back, the actor rocked some adorable facial hair and showed everyone not named Eva Mendes what they're missing.
Speculation of a split between Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes has surfaced as of late. But on February, 12, the 39-year-old actress joked about the breakup.
"I'm not a big Valentine's Day person. I'll probably just order a deep dish and watch The Notebook or something," she joked to Ellen DeGeneres.
Gosling was briefly engaged to his Notebook costar Rachel McAdams, until the twosome split after two years together in 2007 ... but for how long??!
People still carry a torch for Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams, although it may be in vain. he was also seen driving Mendes' SUV in Beverly Hills this month.
Gosling and Mendes haven't been photographed together in three months, causing speculation to run rampant that their breakup have occurred.

Okay, okay, so it's not technically a love story, but the love between Wall-E and Eve is the real deal.
