This can't exactly bode well for the future of Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom as a couple.
According to TMZ sources, the estranged duo has secretly put its Tarzana mansion on the market, with Khloe giving a number of realtors in the area a "pocket listing."
This means the property will not appear in any public listings and any prospective buyer must pre-qualify prior to seeing the house. But it doesn't change the bottom line:
The home where Khloe and Lamar have made a life is going on sale.
Will a divorce filing follow?
Insiders actually say Khloe and Lamar have been talking again and that the latter was invited to Kris Jenner's 58th birthday party this week.
But another reporter says Kardashian has already decided to divorce her troubled husband and TMZ adds that this sale was all Khloe's idea.
She is looking to "start fresh and move on," a source tells the site.
Kardashian and Odom are asking $4 million for this mansion. They purchased it for $3.95 million in 2009 and the title is in both their names.
Neither side has spoken publicly about the other in quite some time, leaving celebrity gossip followers to simply wonder where the marriage stands.
But with Khloe filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians and many claiming she does not wish to cause disruption on set, we're unlikely to hear any official divorce news for quite awhile.
UPDATE: Khloe has Tweeted a denial of this rumor:
"If you want 2make up stories that I'm selling my home at least use images AFTER I renovated it. LOL I can't stand those horrendous old images."
