Lamar Odom may be guilty of smoking crack.
He may be guilty of cheating on Khloe Kardashian.
But the basketball player went on record today in court: he is not guilty of Driving Under the Influence.
A lawyer for Odom entered a Los Angeles courtroom today and pleaded not guilty on behalf of his client, following Lamar's arrest for drunk driving on August 30.
According to the authorities,, the troubled reality star failed multiple field sobriety tests during a traffic stop in L.A. and refused all chemical tests when he was booked by police.
His license has been suspended for one year and a pretrial date has been set for next month.
There's no way Odom is going to jail on this charge, of course, meaning he has far greater concerns at home with Kardashian.
Insiders claim she very much wants to file for divorce, but that Khloe is legitimately afraid of what Lamar may do if the couple officially splits. She fears he'll overdose or commit suicide.
It's a scary time for all involved.
