Big Brother 15 Winner: Andy Herren, GinaMarie Zimmerman or Spencer Clawson?

by at .  Updated at . Comments

The winner of Big Brother 15 has been crowned at last. Did Andy Herren, GinaMarie Zimmerman or Spencer Clawson walk away with the top prize?

Let's find out how this controversial season ended ...

We joined the final Head of Household battle in Round 1, where Spencer Clawson was out pretty quickly and Andy Herren went out shortly thereafter.

GinaMarie Zimmerman had the upper hand heading into Round 2, but Andy eventually won the final Head of Household and faces a tough debate.

He felt GinaMarie deserved to be in the finals (and vice versa), but bringing Spencer to the finals would guarantee victory. Because it's Spencer Clawson.

Andy chose to evict Spencer, in a bit of a surprise move.

Now it's up to the jury. Helen, Candice, Jessie, Amanda, Elissa, McCrae and of course, Aaryn Gries, would all get a vote in deciding this half million.

The jury grills GinaMarie Zimmerman and Andy Herren and they gave the final speeches. Andy looked more confident, relaxed and ready to win.

Spencer voted for Andy, McCrae voted for Andy, Judd voted for GinaMarie, Elissa voted Andy, Amanda voted Andy and Aaryn's vote went to GinaMarie.

Helen's vote is for Andy and he has the majority. It's over!

Not only did he play a good game, but he's a nice guy.

At least it felt like it? Maybe the other two just lowered the bar so much that our standards are forever skewed by some of the things we saw.

But it seemed like he was one of the few who made it through the summer without uttering ugly slurs about people, and he made his way to the top.

In any case, he emerged victorious by a 7-2 vote.

Congratulations, in any case, go out to Andy Herren!

Good fight, Spencer and GinaMarie. Along with Aaryn, you both may have a hard time finding employment after you get back home, FYI. But good fight.

Are you happy that Andy won Big Brother 15?

"There should have been another option to vote on: NO! I was not happy that nasty Andy won BB 15 but I didn't think stupid GM should have won it either and definitely NOT wimpy floater Spencer." You would have got my vote on that one. What a vile bunch of finalists this year!! UGH

"But it seemed like he was one of the few who made it through the summer without uttering ugly slurs about people, and he made his way to the top." ???? Oh gosh, not the case at all. Andy was vile and disgusting. You obviously didn't watch the live feeds or After Dark. Andy is lucky only because much of his behavior wasn't copied over to Youtube, but the feeds are available until 10/20. He called HGs, particularly Elissa, vile and disgusting names, took terrible shots at her children, said he wanted to punch her in the throat, and he made awful comments about others, even including host Julie Chen. Yes. He won. One of these 3 had to, as they were the only 3 to choose from, but if the Jury was privy to his behavior, it actually would have been GinaMarie who won, despite her lack of public speaking prowess. GinaMarie made some very offensive remarks early in the game, but Andy actually managed to top her.

I didn't want Andy to win, he looks like a weasel and acted like a snake in the grass. What he did to Alissa was a disgrace. Lying on someone straight to their face, that's was strictly Bipolar.

Interesting comments from everyone. Andy obviously said some bad things if you watched the live feed. I didn't, so I thought he played a good game and was voted by almost everyone on the jury. He chose GinaMarie because it would have been a more closer vote if he and Spencer were the last two. One site really trashed Andy and said
some really nasty things. This is a game and CBS edits the program however they wish. Whatever Andy said and did was heard by many of the house guests and they voted in the end.

Sorry, but wrong again, bigbrobob. Most of Andy's worst behavior came after the HGs were evicted. They had no idea he was saying the things he was. Disagree on the F2 staement. He didn't take GM because she was an easier vote, he took her because he needed a loyalty argument. He hadn't played the game until the end. He hid behind Amanda. He needed to lie one last time (to the jury) to cover it. And telling the Jury it was his "game plan" all along worked. Meanwhile those of us who watched everyday knew better. He could have made that loyalty argument about anyone because he made fake deals with everyone without otherwise playing. Spencer did nothing in the game and would have been too easy to beat and this would have appeared weak. He took GM, to hammer home his one, last, big lie that he was in it from the beginning and really did stay loyal to at least 1 of them. A good $500k lie.

If I'd known, Elissa would have voted for Andy..I would have voted for Spencer all the way to win that $25,000.

The best thing to come out of the recent BB season??? Elissa won the $25,000...which she really and truly deserves!!!!! I mean...she and Howard (my other favorite this season) each put up with A LOT of bullshit, cattiness and drama in that BB household this season. Anyway, I'm just glad that this season of BB is FINALLY over. The End. Peace.

lame season played by all... how sad .. BB use to be a great fun entertaining show... was pathetic from many standpoints this yr...

GM, who has difficulty forming intelligible English sentences, didn't really start playing until halfway through the game while Andy was thinking from the moment he entered the house and was able to articulate those thoughts the entire time. The right player won.

Neither one! Although I guess either since they both lost their jobs! They were not nice people! I believe you can win this game being nice. On the after dark show, their mouths were awful. Not the kind of role model for Big Brother! Loved McCrae!!! That was the biggest mistake at the end, should have taken McCrae. I hope Big Brother learned some things this year. Kinda sad that this show has become what it has.

Well, the shows always been not so nice for t.v., but I am a firm believer in freedom of speech and no one should loose a job over what said on a crappy reality show.

Yeah, you clearly did not see any live feeds if you think Andy was a nice guy. He is vile and disgusting, and I hope he never teaches again! It's sad Elissa voted for him after all the disgusting things he said about her. Glad she won America's player.

Any didn't lose his job.

Andy was only a "part-time" instructor at the college and according to the college's offical statement he is no longer under their employ. Andy is a weasel. Him and Spencer clearly stated they would commit suicide if Elissa won America's favorite. I'm waiting for them to keep their promise.
