Will.i.am Admits "Let's Go" Beat Stolen From Arty & Mat Zo!

In a surprising turn of events, Will.i.am admits he stole the beat to his new song "Let's Go," as Arty & Mat Zo accused him of doing earlier this month.

According to Arty, a known music house producer, the beat for "Let's Go" (featuring Chris Brown) was stolen from an Arty & Mat Zo song called "Rebound."

Brown denied any knowledge of that (or who Arty & Mat Zo even hare), but Will just called into KIIS FM to admit he did in fact use the Arty beat.

By mistake, he explains, and boy is he sorry.

"I'm a fan of Arty. I think he's great and the world needs to know about how talented those guys are," said the Black Eyed Peas member and hitmaker.

"It's sad that it's turned into a fiasco but hopefully it's resolved because I'm a big fan of those guys to the point where I wrote to their instrumental."

Will said he knew it was their song, but thought that all the appropriate licensing issues had been taken care of, when apparently they had not.

He added, "We're fixing it now."

Which is good. Arty & Mat Zo get paid, and Chris Brown doesn't need to go off on any more rants. You know how he gets when "haters" come at him.
