Vanessa Lopez: Hit With Restraining Order By Shaq!

by at . Comments

Shaquille O’Neal‘s ex-mistress and legal sparring partner of several years, Vanessa Lopez, has been hit with a restraining order by the NBA legend.

It's unclear why, but Shaq filed for an "Emergency Motion For Protective Order Or Alternative Temporary Injunction" and a judge granted that request.

The beef between these two dates all the way back to 2010.

Lopez claims that the alleged harassment by the Diesel began when she told Shaq she thought she was pregnant and then broke off the relationship.

After Shaq, who was married to Shaunie O'Neal at the time, accused Lopez of having sex with other men ... because that is not ironic in the least.

He then allegedly cyber-stalked and threatened her.

Vanessa Lopez wants punitive damages in her lawsuit accusing O’Neal of racketeering, invasion of privacy, and intentional inflection of emotional distress.

"She is not scared,” a source adds. “The truth will come out. Her deposition reveals very intimate disturbing things Shaq like to do. The world would be shocked!”

“Vanessa is going to stand up for herself and her rights."

So why does O'Neal need protection from her?

“Vanessa’s deposition is explosive,” a source close to the case tells Radar as to why the four-time NBA champ's legal team went for the protective order.

That makes no sense, but good to know.
