Pitch Perfect garnered $112 million around the world last year, a shocking figure considering its $17 million budget.

It has since gone on to enjoy even more acclaim and popularity, according to the studio, which says the flick has earned over $90 million across all home market platforms.

The soundtrack, meanwhile, has sold over 636,000 copies.

Kay Cannon is on board to write the sequel and while not cast announcements have been made, a majority of the ladies performed Sunday at the MTV Movie Awards and it’s safe to assume they will all be on board.
