Judy Duncan wants Omarosa Manigault investigated for what she believes to be some seriously shady behavior on the part of her late brother's fiancee.
Judy - the sister of Michael Clarke Duncan - has hired an attorney to look into the circumstances surrounding that actor's will, which was changed in April 2012 to list Omarosa as his primacy beneficiary.
Duncan died five months later of respiratory failure.
Judy believes that Duncan was not of sound mind to make that change because he started slurring his speech and stumbling around in December 2011.
Moreover, Judy wonders why Omarosa was so fixated on the actor's finances when Duncan was placed on life support immediately following the heart attack that eventually took his life.
She's also angry that Omerosa has sold many of Duncan's personal items without family permission.
"I don't control the estate or the finances and Judy knows it," Omerosa tells TMZ in response to these allegations. "If you saw all of her emails and texts to me you would see that she is just trying to get money from me, and threatened going to press if I did not give it to her and that is a crime!"
This is not the first time Omerosa has faced scrutiny for her fiance's passing.
Just last month, La Toya Jackson said that Manigault "probably pulled the cord on Michael Clarke Duncan." That was a definite low blow.
