Kris Humphries on Kim Kardashian Pregnancy: Ain't My Problem!

In new court documents filed Tuesday, Kris Humphries brings up the Kim Kardashian baby in the room and wonders why his wife's pregnancy should play any factor at all in this ex-couple's ongoing divorce battle.
Claiming his client should not be pressured to speed up the process, Marshall Waller writes:
"What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial."
With Kardashian worried about her fetus due to this never-ending legal battle, Humphries' team asks:
"Why would [Kim] plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?"
The divorce proceedings have dragged on for nearly a year-and-a-half now, yet Humphries is basically saying he doesn't understand the rush to complete them.
He also insists on present for Kim's deposition… but his work schedule prevents this from happening until at least the middle of May.

I think they are both to blame for the sham of the marriage. I'm not sure Kris Jenner is to blame. I think Kim was rebounding from Reggie and sought out KH who is a cutie, but she didn't know him. Due to his immaturity, he is genuinely hurt and doesn't know how to let it go. I wonder if she just apologizes, will he let this go. I think its gone on for too long and he's starting to look like an ass especially since she's moved on and it appears he hasn't. Its a sad situation all around that is taking up too much media attention away from REAL issues.

It's funny b/c I think he's just jealous. Who proposes to some1 on national tv & then turn around & say that the other person faked it. I mean, does he not kno how bad that makes him look also. gtfoh with that b.s. Hump. I thought he was smarter than that.
