Kat Graham Goes Blonde: Love It or Hate It?

Kat Graham is under the spell of a new hair color.

The actress - who plays Bonnie Bennett on The Vampire Diaries and also just released a new pop music album - debuted a much lighter hair color at last night's Oscar viewing party, hosted by Elton John.
