VIDEO: Miley Cyrus Catches Paparazzi in Handicapped Vehicle Act

You tell 'em, Miley Cyrus. Nay: you show 'em!

The star turned the cameras on a celebrity gossip photographer yesterday, filming a member of the paparazzi who she says "just jumped out of a handicapped vehicle," even though he "seems to be running quite fine."

"[He] doesn't look very handicapped to me, yet if I park in a handicapped spot because of these people, I get reported on the news," Miley says in the background.

Cyrus has often clashed with the paparazzi.

She once went off on a reporter after he hit her mom with his camera and she also confronted some moron in October 2010.

But we're fully behind Miley in this case. Look at how lame the photographer is in the video above. As she muses:

"No one cares about this criminal that's running through a children's neighborhood, driving outrageously while I'm with my three dogs."
