Emily Maynard Remembers Ricky Hendrick on Death Anniversary

Tuesday, on the anniversary of his death, The Bachelorette star tweeted a Bible verse as a poignant reminder that he is still present in her life and her daughter Ricki's.
Emily Maynard wrote, citing 1 Corinthians 2:9 ...
"However, as it is written: 'What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived - the things God has prepared for those who love him.'"
She also linked to the the above photo collage.
"Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy," she captioned the touching image above.
Emily, of course, has found love (and reality stardom) twice in the years since - although things didn't work out with Brad Womack or Jef Holm in the end.
Still, the two were spotted together in Charlotte, N.C., last weekend, so perhaps there's hope of a reconciliation? Only time will tell if it was more than a one-shot deal.
Either way, Ricky will always be there for Ricki, and Emily.

She's no more ready for a relationship than a man in the moon. She is still in love with her daughters daddy. Obviously she has not gotten past his tragic passing. After eight years, I would hope that she would be able to move on, but it doesn't appear to be that way. Personally I think she is just looking for her 15 min of fame. I am an Emily fan, but I just think she is pulling a lot of heart strings to make a buck. JMO
Emily needs a dose of reality, we can see thru her phoniness. She proclaims her daughter is most important, but all her travels don't equate with that. I'll bet she is very high maintenance. She's being taken care of financially; she doesn't know what a true relationship or commitment entails. She is good at selling herself but questionable in matters that count. Her sweetness attracted viewers twice before, but it won't again. Who is the real Emily?
