Ebony Jackson & Joshua Rendon, 16 & Pregnant Stars: Expecting! After CPS Took Away First Kid!
by Free Britney at .It's barely been six months since Child Protective Services took away their daughter, but 16 & Pregnant's Ebony and Josh Rendon are totally pregnant again.
Ebony is currently 10 weeks preggers with the couple's second child.
According to Josh Rendon and Ebony Jackson (her maiden name), the pregnancy was NOT planned, but he adds, "We are extremely excited for the baby."
Incredibly, CPS took away Josh and Ebony's toddler last year because of the AWFUL living conditions in their home, and they were arrested for child endangerment.
We are talking a house full of flies and maggots and dog and human feces present in EVERY ROOM INSIDE THE RESIDENCE on the walls and floor. Apparently.
More incredibly, their girl is STILL with CPS, and Josh and Ebony only get supervised visitation. The case is still pending ... but won't apply to baby #2!
Josh tells TMZ that he and Ebony have learned from their mistakes, completed parenting classes, and now keep their home in "immaculate" condition.
That said, they're 100 percent ready for another kid and currently fighting to regain full custody of their first daughter. That's ... good to hear? Maybe?

Maybe this baby will be Josh's baby, because there is no way that the one that CPS took was his, BULL.
This is what is wrong with our country. We make "stars" out of low life trash such as this. Both should be sterilized where they can never bring another child into this world. MTV should have their broadcast license revoked.
Put birth control in the water and let people apply to have kids. Too many stupid people giving birth while the smart people understand about birth control.
Should be against the law to procreate again if you failed the first time.
it is good to hear CPS gets kids out of homes for good reasons, the small town I am from is ridiculous. I have seen many amazing parents who have had their child taken away for something as simple as an ant bite..2 cases,same kid, were simple little bruises that I watched the kid get from playing with other kids like childern do and CPS took them away and the mother lost her teaching job from the media over it. Most people in the town said that ebony probably didnt have any of this house and was cps being stupid..thats all thanks to our cps being stupid. I do believe Ebony if shes changed then she should ger her kid back but with constant checks of the house.
