Marc Anthony Laughs Off Affair Rumors
Marc Anthony is here to set the record straight:
No, his marriage to Jennifer Lopez did not end due to an affair. In fact, there was nothing sensationalistic about the conclusion to their seven-year union at all, no matter what you may have read.
"People are trying to peg it on things because it was so shocking," Anthony told Nightline this week of the rumors when, in fact, the couple simply made a joint decision.
The artist said all you can do is shake your head when chatter turns to such sordid tales as an affair between himself and HawthoRNe co-star Jada Pinkett Smith.
"When something like that happens, it's laughable. We've been friends for years. Jada, Jennifer, me, [Will Smith], for years," he said, adding: "It was a flight attendant, it was the pilot - I heard it was this guy sitting next to me in a rehab in Houston. I've heard it all."
Anthony is simply trying to move on now, but he'll have to do so professionally and personally: TNT canceled HawthoRNe yesterday.

After all of these years, J. Lo is still a BIMBO. Marc was probably the only man to try and make a decent woman outta her, and she couldn't take it. Yeah, if he had slept with Jada, he'd be wrong as two left feet, but like they say if a man ain't gettin what he needs at home, he's gonna find it elsewhere. And look at J.Lo! Reports already of her dating Bradley Cooper. She's a slut, a whore, and a white girl wannabe all the way. Third failed marriage and numerous boyfriends, it's obvious she can't keep a man (or keeps running away from them). Yeah she's got a bangin body and everything, but what's inside counts the most. And if anyone "sought" for a career boost, it was J. Lo. Sure, J.Lo's dancing/ acting career was more prominent than Marc's singing/ producing/ acting in the 90s, but Marc was already big in Puerto Rico and was just starting to get more play in the states around that time. I hate divorce and it's a sad thing, but other than a broken home for the kids and J.Lo's big ass,

I'm so glad Marc Anthony and Jennifer are done! He never needed her,he was well known n rich before he got her!She however don't know what or who she wants! Marc helped her career, not the other way around! Damn I'll marry Marc I've always loved him n always will!

I am a fan of both Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony. Their separation surprised me because I thought they were happy! Marc Anthony is a very accomplished professional on his own and didn't "need" JLo for a career "boost." I wish the best to them both.

Could never get why Jlo married Mark Anthony in the 1st place. Short, scrawny and. Ugh-leey. When I saw him "mentoring" the American Idol contestants on last season's Idol, and watched the disgusted and bored looks on the contestants' faces, he seemed so into himself to notice he bombed. I was embarrassed for Jlo. Then when she danced shaking her nearly bare butt on this family show with Mark singing or was it howling in some sort of Latino rendition, it was then that I concluded that this twerp was just a stepping stone for her but she realized she didn't "need him" anymore. He always looks mad. Reminds me a Latino Pee wee Herman.
