Lindsay Lohan Gets Tattoo of Billy Joel Lyrics
by Free Britney at .Lindsay Lohan recently paid tribute to fellow Long Islander Billy Joel ... by having some lyrics from his 1989 song "I Go To Extremes" tattooed on her rib cage.
The words "Clear as a crystal, sharp as a knife, I feel like I'm in the prime of my life" have been affixed to the waifish body of America's favorite train wreck.

While that song is pretty cool, it doesn't hold a candle to some of Joel's earlier work. Nor does Lindsay's ink compare to LeAnn Rimes' tattoo of her wedding vows.
In any case, Lindsay Lohan felt the lyric was important as "It represented where she is in life and everything she's been through ... it signifies that she's focused."
Try to at least be somewhat subtle as you stifle your laughter.
