No Drug Testing for Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen?!?
This is as troubling as it is baffling.
Despite the extensive history of substance use and abuse by both Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, the custody settlement between this former couple does NOT require either side submit to periodic drug testing.
Sadly, due to the habits of their parents, two young kids are LOSING these days.
The issue has been raised this week after Mueller was spotted with what appeared to be a crack pipe in her hand. She's the primary caregiver for young twins Bob and Max and has attempted to get clean via rehab on over a dozen occasions.
What do you think? Should Sheen and Mueller be forced to submit to occasional drug tests?

It seems to me that the reason neither of these two pushed for drug testing for the other while hammering out their custody agreement is because they knew if they did then the other would insist that they both be tested and they didn't want that. When people come to an agreement on their own for custody the lawyers draw it up and all a judge does is ask both parties if they understand and agree to it, judge signs it and everyone goes on their merry way. If the parties don't bring up drug use or testing then the judge won't through that into the mix if they came to their agreement on their own. Sucks for those two innocent little boys who are being dragged along on the trip that is their parents addictions. If these two people were poor and lived in the inner city (or even middle class) CPS or DCF would have removed those two boys from both parents long ago. I feel so sad for those kids. They don't have even one parent who can provide stability for them. Damn it Charlie and Brooke, get
