The actress suffered through day 18 of her house arrest by having several friends over to her sweet ass Venice beach house for a rooftop BBQ party.

She was seen smoking cigarettes and laughing her head off in two different outfits. Ankle monitor and all, life sure is good for the convicted thief.

Lindsay later Tweeted about a fun item on their agenda: "so excited for the season premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians tonight on E!"

Lohan is in the midst of serving 35 days of house arrest in connection with the theft of a $2,500 necklace from a Venice Beach Jewelry store. She’s also been ordered by 480 hours of community service.

She can't do that until she's let out of her house, though. No rush, right?
