Blake Lively: The Face of Chanel Handbags

by at . Comments

Shot by Chanel’s Karl Lagerfeld in the company’s Paris home base, a new series of ads for the brand's Mademoiselle handbags features Gossip Girl star Blake Lively.

Blake, who Lagerfeld calls “kind of an American dream girl,” says she's humbled and the opportunity to front the campaign was more than a “dream come true.”

She even felt she should be the one behind the camera. After the photo shoot, an in-awe Lively whipped out her phone and shot her own picture - of Lagerfeld.

Chanel Ad Starring Blake Lively

One of Chanel's ads featuring the gorgeous Blake Lively.

“I have such a respect for fashion and such an appreciation for it that if there are people like Karl Lagerfeld out there designing, who am I?” she told WWD.

“I want to bow down to them and want to be their representative if they’ll have me.”

Apparently in Blake's case, flattery (and amazing looks) will get you everywhere.

Who says chanel bags are ugly they really don`t understand in fashion sorry.
That sort of look on chanel bags with that quilted material and the chain is always in fashion,it`s a classic look that goes bag in 1930`s.
For Chanel advertising i prefer more classic, natural lookin women like Keira Knightly and Audry Tatou

Blake looks great and lively, but Chanel bags are ugly.

Gotta say I'm not a fan of the Chanel chain bags. Ugly.
