Despite the fact that she's dating Kyle King, seeing handsome Ryan so often has to be difficult for the 19-year-old Maci, who many say is still in love with him.
Maci denied earlier reports that she's back with Ryan Edwards, but the cover story in OK! suggests that she was interested in giving their romance another try.
It was Ryan who put the kibosh on that idea, apparently.
The reason? A pretty 18-year-old thing named Morgan.

Maci ur relationships with ryan is absolutely non of my business but don't let ryan break ur heart again. Not tryin to bash him I know on sum level u will always. Love him because he gave u bentley but u deserve better. I know ryan is good lookin n all but kyles heart out weighs all that. I don't think bentley is gonna like seeing how ryan spoke to u on the show..sorry I should leave bentley out of this.. iand girl hearts ain't got eyes so don't. Maci: Oh Maci: I feel for you girl!!! I know how hard it is to lose those feelings for the guy who fathered your child and who may be your first! It takes a lifetime honey!!! I'm a mom and STILL thing about my first and probably always will. But, honey, you are such a good, sweet, well-together girl who is going places in life. I know it's devastating to see this, but Ryan needs to do some major growing up!!! He's no where near ready for responsibility and as long as he lives with mommy and daddy he never will. Seems a lot is handed to him and doesn't have to work for anything! I'm sorry you are hurting honey, but truthfully he's not the guy for you! He needs to grow the heck up and get a job and become a responsible parent! Love you the most out of all the girls and when you hurt I hurt for you too! Keep your chin up, I know it's hard!!!
