Teresa Giudice is an Idiot
In October, Teresa Giudice and her husband filed for bankruptcy. The couple owes $11 million to creditors and has been in and out of court this month in an attempt to stop an August 22 auction of their home and belongings.
For that reason, a recent shopping spree by Giudice makes her seem more insane than co-star Danielle Staub:
According to receipts uncovered by The New York Post, Teresa spent $8,800 for curtains and almost $45,000 on wall hangings, mirrors, frames, tables, urns and chairs, all since the time of her bankruptcy filing.
In response, attorney Jim Kridel has tried to keep a straight face this week as he defends his clients.
“That was the money she earned as an advance for her book Skinny Italian,” Kridel said. “Since she earned it after the filing, she was absolutely free to spend it.
"If she put it in the bank, they’d say, ‘Why don’t you pay your creditors,’ and the trustee might freeze the assets while he investigates whether she can spend it or not... Legally you are entitled to spend money you earn after a bankruptcy."
Ethically? It's not like we thought Giudice possessed morals anyway.
“She needed to re-buy furniture because she didn’t have any furniture in the house,” said Kridel. “It’s a big house and she wanted furniture consistent with her style on the show. There is nothing wrong with doing that, except that it doesn’t look good for her to be doing it.”
The auction in question has been pushed back to October 3.

That is awesome. Teresa is so disgusting. She needs to take a good long look at herself and realize she is an asshole. Just own that you are stupid and have pushed everyone away. A little fame has really gone to her big alien head. So sad she is such a fool. Kathy is amazing and Teresa is envious of her in every aspect. Teresa, you have no class.

I agree that Teresa is an ignorant, uneducated pig. Her big fat mouth is disgusting. She is married to a short, lazy, loser but then they make the perfect match cause both are total losers.
Teresa shows nobody any respect. She is someone I would just love to push down a flight of stairs she is so totally obnoxious. What a loser, loser, loser! I wish she were off tv totally as I can't stand to watch her anymore.

Theresa is an obnoxious, loud-mouthed, gaudy pig who expects that she can indulge in her greed, and then get out of paying the bill. She acts as if everyone is as dumb as she is. She has 0 level of intellect. Unfortunately, she is very stereotypically Jersey - which means there are plenty of pigs out there, that are just like her. Oy. Why does she talk like a grade-schooler? I feel bad for her kids - they will turn out just like her, and her meatball husband. They got messed over for suitable role models. Danielle does seem like she has Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and Caroline is as much of a phony pig as Theresa. She's also a bully who thinks she can throw around her fat rolls and her name, and intimidate people. We ain't skeered-uh-you, Caroline. You ain't as tough as you seem. While i agree with the previous comments, I dont think anyone is crazier than Danielle. But my favorite thing about last nights show, was everyone calling out Danielle for fabricating her story, but when Teresa was confronted with Joe's DWI scandal, she did the exact same thing and she showed no class, neither did Danielle. They are both garbage. Caroline is someone to aspire to, Ladies you could learn something from this woman!

Hey Sassy ! and 'Dan" - You're right - Boycott these idiots. Do they think they're 'Admired'because they're on TV? Well, the Craigslist Killer was on TV too, I don't think there is anyone who is sane that admires him. I bet the Giudices have an IQ of 100 or maybe even 105....unfortunately that is COMBINED!

Theresa Giudice is a complete and utter jerk. She is the most insincere person I've ever had the displeasure of reading about. First, her lawyer claims that 'if she puts the money in the bank, then the judge might make her pay back her crditors'! Oh my goodness, poor her! Well, poor CREDITORS! They, Theresa and her husband, have benefitted to the tune of almost $11,000,000. That money just doesn't magically appear, it comes out of someone's bottom line. There are perhaps large crdeditors that may not feel the loss too badly, but what about the subcontractors that need that onto pay their bills? It's disgusting and a truly heinous abuse of the bankruptcy laws. What the f*** does she need $8000 worth of cutains for? What does she need $45,000 worth of furniture for?
