It is hard to tell. I am 5'10 and I have always worn bigegr sizes than people think I do. Most people think I am an 8 or a 10, but I need a 14! I am able to carry my weight well due to my height. But looking at Victoria and Jennifer, it does seem unlikely that they are the same size, but who knows? I think they are both beautiful in their own way, so I don't think it really matters what size either of them wear
