Kate Plus 8 Reloaded: It's a Go!

Kate Gosselin's elimination from Dancing with the Stars did not mark the end of her reality TV career. It's official: TLC is bringing back Kate Plus 8.

It's a go at the network after the local Department of Labor says the eight children have been cleared to continue their careers as reality TV stars.

This despite the objections of her own brother, Jon Gosselin and millions of us across America who are just plain sick of her. Stick it to 'em, Kate!

A rep for the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry says the correct paperwork for the show was submitted and approved ... and said:

"The proper steps have been taken and the kids are permitted for Kate Plus 8." Thank goodness. And tough luck, Jon. How's your career going?

KATE PLUS 8: Gosselin and the gang are running it back!

No word if the reloaded Kate Plus 8 will feature Jon in any way, as he was the one who axed the original show for starting to phase him out exploiting the kids.

Our guess is for the right price, he won't object this time around. Especially if he succeeds in pursuing a rich cougar to bleed money and sexual favors from.

As for Kate's other TLC spin-off (yes, there are two proposed Kate Gosselin shows in the works), tentatively titled Twist of Kate, no paperwork has been filed.

Without the Department of Labor signing off, you can bet that TLC won't push its luck. So this may indicate that the children may not be joining her there.

    NO NO PLEASE TELL ME THAT THEY ARE BACK. Let them be just normal kids if its not too late. Kate: do yourself and your kids a HUGE favour and do what's right for a change. GO HOME, STAY HOME. NO TV CAMERAS, Nothing. It might not be too late for you to repair the damage you have done to those kids and possibly to yourself. Everything must come to an end and I hope you realise your fame is ended and what fame you did have wasn't that great. Go home and be a mom to your kids and not a wanna be movie star- it ain't gonna happen and we're just not into it anymore.

    kate made jon feel like less then a men.no wounder he did not stay with kate.I wount have.for some one that said she hated that every move she made,was out there. I see her more and more out there. kate needs to be less wanting to be on tv, and more home with her kids. every time i see her, she is on tv,or shopping. I know a mother needs some time to her self, and time and a again a day or night to her self. But not all the time.Kate needs to be more a mom then a movie star. way to go jon.

    Watching a woman wear her desinger clothes trasping all over in studio-paid vacations does not make for reality T.V.. I'd rather see Marie Osmond with all her children or Chris O'Connell-sp? (robin from batman)with his 5 or more kids....at least they are celebrities. I'm a single parent and just don't feel sorry for her. The kids are old enough to take on chores, help others in charities, etc... I'd like to see Kate come home from nursing (her previous career), cook dinner, help with homework, head out to PTO's and sports practicies, teach the kids how to earn and save up for a vacation, etc... Of course she would still need a nanny but doesn't she already have one????? What are the kids learning from their parents about work ethics and such when everything is handed to them??????
