Whitney Port was spotted out in New York City yesterday grabbing Starbucks with two pals, one or both of whom may be new cast members on The City.
Roxy, pictured below on the right, is part of the Big Apple party girl duo, Roxy and Samantha, who were allegedly recruited to spice up the “boring” show.
“They are out of control,” a source told the New York Post of Samantha and Roxy.
“MTV brought in the party girls because the first season was so boring.”
Here's Whitney Port with her new City pals ...
Can Roxy and Samantha bring new excitement to The City?
According to sources, Whitney’s other co-star, socialite Olivia Palermo, just didn’t bring enough drama to the reality show, due to her new gig at Elle.
Having an actual job apparently requires her to behave, leaving little room for drunken screaming matches, panty flashing, stumbling out of clubs, etc.
Here's another look at Roxy and Samantha with Whitney Port (making some of her signature facial expressions, obviously) in the images below:
Whitney Port with her new gal pals ... who she may or may not have just met and MTV may or may not have contractually forced her to start hanging out with.

The picture on the right, the girl with her is her sister, isn't it? She was in an early episode of The Hills, she modelled for Teen Vogue.

Yes, rumors are going around that Olivia is now working for Elle, but that does not mean she is fired from the show.
The girl you say is Roxy is actually Jess Jones.
The other pic is Whitney and her sister Jade (the blond), who was visiting NYC. Her name is not Samantha! There is a Samantha in the show, but she's been on it since the first season, and she doesn't seem wild nor is she a blonde.
Some parts of this article are just not true.

The poor MTV people made a whole show around someone with no personality. Boring. ZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Whitney was popular on the Hills. Because she wasn't into the "drama" and listened to Lauren and so she was thought of as "Normal". But the truth was......Whitney never gave Lauren any good advice. Whitney made faces when Lauren told he stories. She said things like "oh my gosh" "noo waay".
Edited correctly it was easy to fall into the trap thinking that Whitney was this wise, strong independant woman and great friend. I used to think so.....until I watched reruns......and realised how bland and uninteresting Whit actually was.
The illusion of Whitney though was too much for MTV to pass up though, and thought they could get an audience..but...they'd have to cast interesting people, or write in lots of "drama" because Whit couldn't carry a show by herself. Now they have hired a whole new cast of "friends" because the City is a sinking ship and Whit doesn't have the personality or any of the qualities at all that Lauren Conrad posessed to make people care and want to watch.
