President Barack Obama was just asked about the allegations surrounding Bill Cosby, and made his feelings about it pretty clear.

Without directly saying Bill Cosby is a rapist, he came pretty close. In fact, there’s not many other ways you could interpret it.

"I think this country, any civilized country, should have no tolerance for rape," the President said, when asked about this topic.

"If you give a woman … or a man for that matter … a drug and then have sex with that person without consent … that’s rape."

Asked if he would revoke Cosby’s Presidential Medal of Freedom, Obama said "we don’t have a mechanism" for doing so.

Reading between the lines of that comment, he may be insinuating that the White House has at least looked into the matter.

Obama said he doesn’t like to comment about specifics regarding cases where there may be criminal or civil issues involved.

Still, the POTUS made his opinions carefully clear.
