It is Mackenzie McKee’s birthday!
In this sneak peek video for Tuesday night’s new episode of Teen Mom, she’s celebrating with family.
Her kids are simply too cute.
Mackenzie also goes to visit her (now sadly passed) mother for more celebrations.
This is when she gets a surprise from Josh McKee — who seems desperate to patch things up.
"I’ve been with Josh for nine years," she observes, "and I’ve never gotten one birthday present."
That is, some would say, worse than the cheating.
