In a sneak peek of Sunday’s new Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kourtney and Scott have a serious discussion about family trips.
They’ve both been through so much, both together and separately, and they’ll always be linked by their kids.
But Kourtney worries that vacationing together could give a lot of people the wrong idea.
"I kind of feel like we haven’t been to New York together in forever," Scott begins in this new klip.
"Actually," he says. "We haven’t gone anywhere. In a long time."
"Everyone’s been asking me about the family trip," Kourtney says.
"Obviously," she continues. "I said after Costa Rica that you weren’t ever coming on a family trip again."
Kourtney reveals: "I think that’s when I put the kibosh on the family trips."
"Yeah," Scott acknowledges. "I mean, I don’t think I was in the best place."
"But," he notes. "I feel like you and I also weren’t in the best place."
"You were living your life the way you should be," Scott acknowledges. "And I just wasn’t ready to handle it."
"I feel like the biggest thing that you and I have always talked about that you wanted from me, if there was anything," Scott expresses.
He continues: "was just to see me consistent with you and my family."
So, nothing like his behavior from the summer of 2017.

"And you know," Scott points out. "It’s been over a year of consistency."
"And," he observes. "I feel like we’re good and our parenting has been better and the kids are better."
"We’ve always said that we were gonna try to be family," he remarks.
"Obviously it didn’t work," Scott clarifies. "But perfect but this is as close as we can get."
That’s a pretty sound argument. What does Kourtney think?

Speaking to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians confessional camera in a stunning outfit, she reveals more than just her plunging neckline.
"My past with Scott has always been complicated," Kourtney acknowledges.
But she notes: "I feel like this New York trip has really like made me feel excited."
"It’s really nice to see how much Scott has grown," she observes.
"And," she praises. "How much he’s invested in being a great dad to the kids."
Scott, displaying that remarkable personal growth, tells Kourtney that their kids will always make them family.
"I like to be able to all go on trips together," Scott expresses.
He then offers: "I think it’s fine if you want to come to Bali."
That is so cool of them!
And, as we all know, Scott and Kourtney and Sofia have managed to get along.
Late last year, the three shared a snap as they hung out in Cabo.
"Yeah," Kourtney says. "I mean, if it’s a family trip and everybody’s going, of course I don’t want to miss out on those times."
"But I also want you to feel comfortable," she quickly adds.
"My only hesitation," she confesses. "Is just like I don’t want to like give mixed messages."
Kourtney worries that they might mislead people or even themselves "by all going on a trip together."
"Mixed messages with what?" Scott asks. "Like with you or anything."
"You’re giving me a mixed message?" Scott asks, then making it clear: "I’m in a full relationship!"
He and Sofia Richie seem inseparable, and have since late 2017.
"But I’m just saying I don’t ever want you to think I’m giving a mixed message," Kourtney explains.
Scott displays his classic sense of humor, and quips: "You barely give a regular message."
