Former UFC champ Tito Ortiz was arrested early Monday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence after crashing his Porsche following a night of partying at the Playboy Mansion.

Ortis ran into a concrete median on the 405 freeway at 3:50 a.m. on Jan. 6. According to police, the former light heavyweight champ and his two passengers were not injured.

An officer on the scene performed a field sobriety test on Tito, who blew a .12 on the breathalyzer. The legal limit in California is .08. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department set bond at $15,000 and released Ortiz at 8:13 a.m. after he posted bail.

According to arrest records for Ortiz, he is next scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 27 for an initial hearing on the misdemeanor charge.

He and his ex-girlfriend Jenna Jameson, the parents of twin sons, have been involved in a messy custody battle. Video footage of the former porn star drinking and popping pills in front of their children was leaked in November and set the stage for a judge to award him full custody.

Jameson went public with claims that Tito was the one on drugs. He tweeted, “The unfortunate allegations being made against me are simply not true. I would never do anything to jeopardize my family. Being a great father and protecting the well-being of my children remain my top priority.”

His disgruntled ex, who has been arrested a number of times in the past two years, hit social media to diss Ortiz:

She was charged in May 2012 with three misdemeanor counts for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a blood-alcohol level over the state legal limit, and driving on a suspended license after her Range Rover struck a light pole.

In 2013 Jameson was arrested for battery in Newport Beach, California after she assaulted her assistant Britney Markham with a brass knuckle iPhone case.
