Actress Tara Reid attended the 2010 Halloween party at Cipriana Downtown in New York City Friday night. Known for her plastic surgery gone wrong, the skinny blonde was rocking a long wig and a Barbie doll costume.
The zipper front ballerina style dress was accessorized with a small pink plastic Barbie purse and monogrammed necklace.
