There has been a great deal of speculation in 2010 as to when Prince William would propose to his girlfriend of eight years, Kate Middleton. People magazine is reporting that the proposal is likely to occur in February 2011.
Longtime royal watcher Ingrid Seward said: “There won’t be an announcement before Christmas because William has got to ask the Queen first. And they will get married soon after.”
The couple attended a wedding on October 23, even offering themselves up for waiting photographers when they exited the stone church.
