Kanye West was forced to cancel day two of his Yeezus tour schedule Sunday afternoon, citing “unforeseen circumstances” as the reason for disappointing Canadian fans.

The snafu is actually the second misstep for the rapper, who began his first show in Seattle two hours later than scheduled on Saturday night, October 19.

Rogers Arena in Vancouver posted this Twitter notice to all ticket holders yesterday afternoon:

Rumors suggest the postponement may be linked to a production equipment truck that was reportedly stolen in Seattle on the eve of the first show, leaving eager fans waiting for several hours at Washington’s KeyArena.

The complex set features a 60-foot tall mountain and a circular projection screen. Some are wondering if a one-day turn around between venues would have posed a logistical nightmare for the inexperienced crew to set up and take down in two different cities in less than a day.

Another theory is that it would be too difficult to pull off his engagement surprise in San Francisco if he failed to leave himself the appropriate prep time to pull off the mega family event.

At any rate, Vancouver fans have been instructed to hold on to their tickets until Kanye arrives on October 31st – the new promised makeup date.

Tuesday West will entertain at SAP Center in San Jose. We fully expect KW to acknowledge his reality star fiancee during his performance and perhaps dedicate a song to his ‘KUWTK’ celebrity wife-to-be.

Assuming that the Yeezus Tour is back on track after the initial bumps in the road, Wednesday’s show is slated for Oracle Arena in Oakland and then it will be on to Las Vegas for a Friday night concert at MGM Grand Garden Arena.
