Throughout her career, Kaley Cuoco has been outspoken about her love of animals.
Just last night, Kaley and her husband hosted a “Wheels for Seals” event to help to end seal hunting in Northern Canada. (Kaley looked gorgeous without makeup after cycling to raise money, but that’s a different story.)
This morning, however, we caught a glimpse of the actress’ angry side when Kaley responded to an anti-pitbull article that appeared on Time magazine’s website.
“Many of u asked if I read the Time magazine article about ‘killer pitbulls,'” Kaley tweeted. “I just did. I have to take a Twitter break. I can’t stomach this anymore.”
The article was a response to a story about the family of a 3-year-old pitbull attack victim being asked to leave a KFC restaurant because other patrons were upset by the young girl’s facial scarring. (That story now appears to have been a hoax.)
Time cites some damning statistics in the piece claiming that 68 percent of dog attacks and 52 percent of all dog-related deaths.
Kaley didn’t respond to any of the specifics in the article, but recently gushed about her pets in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, calling them “the greatest dogs in the world.”
