Actress Jane Seymour and her fourth husband, producer-director James Keach, have separated and plan to end their 20-year marriage.

Jane, 62, reportedly gave him the boot from their Malibu mansion after suspecting that he was engaging in an extra-marital affair.

Her rep stated, “Jane Seymour and James Keach confirm that they are separated and have been for several months. At this time they are negotiating the terms of their divorce.”

“They will continue their relationship as devoted parents to their children, as business associates and partners and in their joint dedication to preserving and furthering the charitable endeavors that they’ve worked on throughout their marriage.”

Seymour and Keach have two sons, twins John and Kristopher, 17. The actress also has two children with her third husband David Flynn, daughter Katherine, 31, and son Sean, 27.

The marriage to Flynn ended in 1992 after she confronted him about cheating and he admitted to 14 affairs.

Jane, who gained fame in the 90’s as ‘Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman,’ recently told friends she wishes James the best. She even threw a celebratory Easter party and declared that it was a very symbolic holiday this year because it’s a new beginning for her as well – she called it her own personal resurrection.
