Halle Berry celebrated her 45th birthday at a Malibu beach party yesterday with family and friends. To suggest that she looks fabulous is an understatement.
The twice married actress has a daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry with ex-lover, French-Canadian supermodel Gabriel Aubrey.
When the romance faded, they parted ways but have had an ongoing battled in Los Angeles Superior Court over custody of their 3-year-old. Their biggest point of contention is the fact that Berry’s work takes her on location for months at a time, effectively depriving Aubry of his custodial rights.
Berry found new love on the set of Dark Tide last year, hooking up with her leading man, French actor Olivier Martinez.
