Eva Longoria works hard at keeping her tush toned along with the rest of her body. The Desperate Housewives actress is a celebrity client of personal trainer Patrick Murphy, who helps her to stay in terrific shape.

The two work out five days a week , with a great deal of emphasis on backside sculpting exercises. Murphy reportedly puts her through her paces, working all the glute muscles from a variety of angles. She does forward and backward lunges, side leg lifts, squats with weight and lateral raises.

Murphy’s goal is to help clients achieve a healthy lifestyle, while avoiding the pitfalls of monotony. Longoria had this to say about her workout sessions:

I have a trainer that kicks my ass five days a week. He always changes it up and does something different because I hate to workout!”

He has definitely helped the actress to boost her bottom line.

Besides Eva Longoria, Murphy’s celebrity clients include Mario Lopez, Judd Apatow (director and producer of 40 Year Old Virgin and Knocked Up), Kevin Frazier (Entertainment Tonight Correspondent), and many others. He has been chosen by top stunt coordinators to train up-and-coming actors for intense fight and action films, and has helped to design gyms for his clients and for studio work.
