Fire engulfed a two-story building in the garment district of downtown Los Angeles early this morning.

More than 150 firefighters worked for two hours to contain the fire, which started around 4:50 a.m. Flames spread throughout the building and out the roof, fueled by tons of fabric. As a result of the fire, an electric transformer near the building exploded and a manhole cover was blown off the ground.

No injuries have been reported.
