Cindy Michaels, a news anchor for WVII and WFVX in Bangor, Maine is suddenly getting more than her fair share of attention because viewers believe she is trying to ‘copy’ Sarah Palin. The television newswoman has been hearing from her friends and family that she does look like the Republican VP pick but it has started to turn ugly with news viewers.
Those who are not fans of Alaska’s governor, John McCain‘s choice to run on his presidential ticket, have been blasting Michaels for trying to look like Palin. The comments have run the gamut but are usually caustic and mean spirited.
We’ve got several photos of the two side-by-side and we must say she definitely does resemble Sarah Palin. The news anchor is starting to get phone calls from the likes of Inside Edition and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Looks like 15 minutes of fame are on the horizon.
