Chaz Bono is officially a man.
The former Chastity Bono, began his gender transformation last year, with hormones and breast removal.
Chaz completed his gender reassignment surgery on September 23, 2009, and filed papers requesting a name and gender change in March.
Chaz appeared in court in Santa Monica on Thursday where a judge granted his petition.
