Things are looking up for Rock of Love star Bret Michaels. The rocker suffered a brain hemorrhage two weeks ago and is reportedly making a miraculous recovery.
In a press conference today, Dr. Joseph Zabramski referred to the rocker as very lucky. Lucky seems to be an understatement. According to Dr. Zabramski: “He’s improving, I really expect that he will fortunately make a 100 percent recovery. He’s just one of those lucky people – 10 to 20 percent who make a complete recovery and can resume all of their normal activities.”
Bret is not completely in the clear. He will continue to be monitored as well as receive additional treatment at an undisclosed location. During the press conference the doctor made it clear that Bret is still very sick, but definitely on the mend.
The doctor expressed that he does not foresee any future complications for the Celebrity Apprentice contestant. Zabramski said, “We’re pretty confident he does not have an aneurysm or other problems with his blood vessels that could result in a recurrent hemorrhage.”
No word yet on whether Bret will be able to participate during the Celebrity Apprentice Finale. He has been ordered to rest for four to six weeks before resuming his normal schedule.
