In a tragic turn of events, 47 year old fashion designer L’Wren Scott was found dead in her Manhattan apartment today, March 17th, from an apparent suicide. No foul play is suspected.
Mick Jagger’s long time girlfriend was found around 10 am, hanging in her apartment. No word yet on who found her and contacted authorities.
Scott had found a great deal of success in the fashion industry, dressing Angelina Jolie, Nicole Kidman and Amy Adams at the Oscars, and recently collaborating with Banana Republic.
Scott and Jagger have been romantically linked for the past ten years and his spokesman says he is currently, “completely shocked and devastated”.
This is just awful. My thoughts are with Scott’s families and loved ones.
